HR Business Partner (6-Month FTC)

Salary: £55,000 – £65,000
A leading organisation undergoing a significant period of transformational change is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join the team on an initial 6-month fixed-term contract. This is a pivotal role, partnering closely with a range of corporate functions and acting as a trusted adviser to senior stakeholders.
The successful candidate will bring a pragmatic approach, strong commercial awareness, and the confidence to operate in an environment characterised by complexity, ambiguity, and evolving priorities. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who is comfortable rolling up their sleeves, managing a diverse stakeholder group, and supporting the business through change.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide strategic and operational HR business partnering across multiple corporate functions.
* Act as a trusted adviser to leaders, offering coaching, challenge, and guidance on people-related matters.
* Support and contribute to a variety of ad-hoc HR and business transformation projects.
* Drive and support initiatives relating to organisational change, culture, and capability development.
* Partner with colleagues to promote wellbeing, engagement, and a positive employee experience.
* Operate effectively in a fast-paced environment, balancing short-term needs with long-term strategic goals.

* Proven experience as an HR Business Partner within a complex organisation.
* Comfortable navigating ambiguity and adapting to changing priorities.
* Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
* Practical, solutions-focused approach with the ability to work both strategically and operationally.
* Experience supporting a diverse workforce and leading people initiatives through periods of change.
* Understanding of wellbeing, engagement, and contemporary HR practices.
