We have been retained by a specialist food business to source an IT Support Coordinator for their site in Warrington. They are looking to recruit this individual to support the growth if the business. This role will report to the IT manager and will be responsible for supporting the development and improvement of IT systems and processes and will include: * Managing the Service Desk and resolving user queries in a timely manner * Managing 1st and 2nd Tier Support * Working on CI projects to improve the systems and processes * Troubleshooting on software and hardware issues both in person and remotely * Working with vendors to provide quotes on key business hardware and systems components * Liaising with multiple stakeholders Currently in an I.T. support role, you will have gained experience of supporting users across Microsoft 365. You will have managed or introduced a service desk and will be experienced in working with multiple stakeholders. Experience of integrated systems (i.e. MRP/ERP) would be advantageous. You will be looking for a new challenge and ideally looking to progress yourself further. This is an excellent opportunity to join a well reputed company.
