We are hiring a Client Success & Growth Manager to drive new business growth in a specialist consultancy operating the heart of the UK construction sector.
What You Will Be Doing
* Winning new clients across developers, architects, and contractors in the construction sector
* Selling Principal Designer services (CDM + Building Regulations) and Retained Health & Safety advisory packages
* Driving revenue growth through a structured, consultative sales process
* Running your own pipeline and closing deals
* Converting both inbound leads and self-generated opportunities
* Selling value - not competing on price
* This isn’t transactional selling - it’s consultative, commercially driven, and focused on solving real client risk
Who We are Looking For
* Comfortable selling into construction / consultancy / technical sectors
* Confident in closing deals and handling objections
* Self-driven and accountable
* Results-driven and target-focused
* Has an excellent attention to detail
* Confident communicator with senior stakeholders
* Has strong skills in Relationship Building and Customer Retention
* Has a good understanding of Health and Safety Services and the role of the Principal Designer under CDM and the Building Regulations
* Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
* Based in the United Kingdom
