Your role and responsibilities As a Project Lead, you will support the success of projects within the CYP Programmes Team by providing intelligence, infrastructure, planning, resources, and information. You will: Communicate and engage with colleagues and communities. Provide complex information to colleagues and partners. Build and maintain sustainable relationships with a wide range of stakeholders. Represent Suffolk’s Children and Young People’s Services at regional and national meetings. Plan and coordinate resources and information to support service delivery. Train and update CYPS staff and colleagues from partner organisations on the use of electronic databases and content management systems. Horizon scan for changes to national policy or guidelines and ensure successful implementation. Oversee the quality of data recording and maintenance. Provide regular updates and briefings on current developments. Organise, present, and publish appropriate online information for consumption by children, young people, families, colleagues, and partners. Liaise with partner organisations to ensure effective completion of tasks. Identify risk and safeguarding concerns and escalate immediately where appropriate. You will need A suitable professional qualification at graduate level or equivalent experience in a relevant area of work. Evidence of continuing professional development. Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft packages for business use. Expert Excel skills. Ability to maintain accurate records, databases, and systems. Ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines. Proven ability to work with confidential and sensitive information. Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to communicate complex information effectively with colleagues and across key professionals who work with young people. Sensitivity to disability, sexuality, gender, and ethnicity issues.
