Digital Marketing Apprentice

At the employer, they specialise in branded workwear, PPE, uniforms, and custom-printed apparel, helping businesses across the UK make a lasting impression. They offer in-house print and embroidery, customer service, and high-quality garments. They are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Digital Marketing Apprentice to join their team.
This apprenticeship provides you with everything you need to launch and develop your career in digital marketing, with support to progress onto further training and qualifications.
Responsibilities
* Design and create eye-catching marketing materials for digital and print campaigns using Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and Microsoft Office
* Monitor campaign performance using Google Analytics, Meta Insights, and email marketing tools
* Adjust live campaigns in real-time to maximise ROI and meet marketing targets
* Manage and update website and social content through WordPress, Magento, and Meta Business Suite
* Plan and implement multi-channel marketing campaigns combining offline materials (flyers, events) with online strategies (email marketing, social media)
* Contribute to campaign ideas, create blog content, and ensure all messaging aligns with the brand’s tone and vision
Qualifications & Skills
* Experience using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop) and video editing tools
* Familiarity with writing and publishing blog content
* Strong problem-solving and organisational skills
* Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
* Determined and confident, with the initiative to contribute fresh ideas
* A GCSE Maths grade 5/C and GCSE English grade 4/C are required for this role
Salary, Hours & Benefits
* Salary: £15,000 per annum
* Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm
* 23 days holiday plus bank holidays

This apprenticeship programme provides training and will support progression onto a Level 4 qualification. Training with Baltic Apprenticeships includes online learning and one-to-one support to develop skills in creating, implementing, and analysing campaigns as part of a professional marketing team.
