Zero Three Care Homes LLP was launched at the end of 2003 with the first service opening it's doors in November 2004.

We are passionate about providing high quality care services to adults with a learning disability and complex needs. In developing Zero Three Care services it has been important to bring together people who share a vision of what high quality services for people with a learning disability should look like and to employ compassionate, caring, trustworthy individuals, who see their role as much more than a job.

We are looking for someone to join our Head Office team in Feering for a Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm role.

ROLE

* To work as part of the Human Resources & Recruitment department to ensure that all administration processes are carried out in a professional manner and timely fashion, contributing to providing the company with an effective HR service.
* To assist the Recruitment Manager with the administration of onboarding new employees.

SUMMARY OF MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACTIVITIES

* To carry out general administration duties for the Human Resources & Recruitment department to include scanning, filing and data entry.
* To assist in maintaining a secure / safe environment for the well-being of the service users and those who work within the office. To comply with the requirements of employees under the Health and Safety at Work Act and to report any health and safety concerns to the nominated representative or your Line Manager as soon as they come to your attention.
* To assist in maintaining a clean, organized office environment.
* To assist with any training needs at our training centre.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

* Experience of general Office work or a Customer Service / Reception role
* A good level of literacy and numeracy is essential for this role
* Good operating knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word & Excel), the Internet and email systems
* Must be able to deal with a range of ongoing tasks at the same time, and to be able to cope under pressure
* UK Driving Licence (Manual or Automatic) and access to your own car
