Position Overview
You will grow and evolve the team to deliver best-in-class recruitment solutions. This includes progressing both funded (bootcamp) and recruitment candidates into roles, while ensuring the team is confident in engaging with leading employers and partners. A key focus will be building a culture of trusted advisory and long-lasting client centric partnerships.
You will shape our partnership strategy, strengthening client relationships through events, regional engagement, and advisory webinars. These activities will be aligned to our value proposition within both the recruitment and funded training markets.
Leading the team to achieve core KPIs is essential. You will provide coaching, tools, and development opportunities to ensure team members are equipped for success. Continuous review and improvement of materials, processes, and marketing collateral—particularly in negotiation and terms—will be a central part of the role.
You will work closely with marketing and other stakeholders to ensure our content, collateral, and messaging are consistent, impactful, and aligned with our brand voice.
Alongside team leadership, you will be accountable for delivering your own performance budget, underpinned by the robust development of client relationships.
