Job Description
Experienced ERP Oracle Financials Direct Sales Director with a strong understanding of major ERP ecosystems and how to leverage relationships within the Oracle ecosystem, both internally and with Oracle partners. This global multi-billion dollar Tax SaaS provider is a well-known industry name, offering Tax determination solutions worldwide. The company provides a cutting-edge, fully cloud-based solution embedded in major ERP providers.
Responsibilities:
* Lead and coach a team of 3 sales professionals.
* Sell to ERP clients through contacts with Oracle/SAP sales executives, partners, and clients.
* Develop and execute sales strategies in the UK & I regions.
* Hunt for deals in the upper mid to enterprise scale deal space.
* Leverage relationships with Oracle and SAP sales teams and partners to generate leads and close deals.
* Develop a team focused on different ERP providers to grow enterprise deals.
* Report to SVP level and promote a hunter culture within the team.
Location: South East England – primarily London or South England. Hybrid working with a minimum of 2 days in the office per week.
Salary: Competitive Sales Director salary, with variable components, benefits, and vested stock in an imminent exit business.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
* Over 10 years of senior sales experience, closing enterprise deals between $500 million and $3 billion.
* Deep knowledge of ERP Financials solutions, particularly Oracle and ideally SAP ecosystems.
* Experience leading a sales team using methodologies like Gartner, Value Selling, MEDDIC, Sanderson, or similar.
* Strong network within the UK&I territory.
* Hands-on sales leadership with ability to build and lead a team specialized in ERP providers.
* Proven ability to sell Tax or E-invoicing solutions integrated with major ERP systems.
* Preferably, a robust contact book of Oracle and partner contacts for developing deal pipelines.
