First People Solutions is currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established, independent civil engineering and infrastructure contractor with a turnover of over £100m. Our client has a strong reputation for delivering technically challenging projects across the UK and is now seeking a Site Administrator to support ongoing works in the Dunfermline area.
This is a hybrid role, initially split between the construction site and the regional office in Dunfermline (50/50), transitioning to a fully office-based role after six months.
Key Responsibilities:
Document control, data entry, and logging of project photos and updates
Preparing induction packs and supporting HSE documentation
Assisting with health & safety presentations and reports
General administrative support to the site management team
Requirements:
Prior experience in a civils or construction environment
Full UK driving licence (essential)
IT literate, particularly in Microsoft Office
First Aid and CSCS certification (advantageous but not essential)
