Job Description
A growing IFA is looking to add an experienced Financial Planning Administrator to their team in Swanley. This hybrid position offers a varied and challenging role, with opportunities for career development and progression into paraplanning, advising, and other areas of the business.
Main duties:
1. Working closely with the Adviser Support Operations Manager and established team of Administrators to provide essential support to the wider team
2. Client administration support and servicing
3. Processing and following up on new business
4. Preparing illustrations and projections
5. Conducting valuations
6. Assisting with daily telephone support within the team
7. Updating and maintaining information on the back-office system accurately
8. Liaising with providers to obtain fund values, unit prices, and transaction statements
9. Preparing enclosure documents for suitability reports
10. Communicating with clients and providers
11. Raising invoices as required and ensuring remuneration records are accurate
12. Following up with providers and clients regarding outstanding remuneration
