ServiceNow is seeking a Presales Solution Consultant to provide technical sales partnership and product guidance to customers in the Insurance industry.

Job Description

The Presales Solution Consultant will participate in the growth of customers by utilizing world-class technical pre-sales techniques to communicate the power and ease-of-use of the ServiceNow platform.


Responsibilities

* Develop, position, and provide technology-based solutions during sales cycles.
* Understand business and technical problems addressed by ServiceNow products.
* Interact with C-Suite Executives and interview customers to uncover their technology architecture and business needs.
* Partner with sales teams in customer account and strategy planning.
* Lead non-technical discussions to define objectives that ServiceNow can address.
* Sell the value of the solution, not just the features and functions of the products.
* Support regional marketing events and demonstrations of the product.
* Collaborate in the creation of product demo scripts and scenarios.
* Develop a deep understanding of the ServiceNow platform to provide customers with guidance and best practices.
* Respond to Request for Information/Proposal documents.
* Stay current on product developments and competitive analyses.


Qualifications

* Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about AI integration into work processes.
* Expertise in enterprise software pre-sales solution consulting or sales engineering.
* Experience working with and selling to Insurance or related Financial Services enterprises.
* Experience selling complex multi-product or cross-platform software solutions.
* Technical expertise and understanding, with the aptitude to learn new technology quickly.
* Able to articulate and logically communicate concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
* Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
