This position is fully in-office, 5 days per week.KPF is seeking a Communications Coordinator based in its London office. As part of the global marketing team, the Communications Coordinator will help spread the firm's message and strengthen its brand at a pivotal moment in the KPF's history - its 50th anniversary.The ideal candidate will have a demonstrable interest in the built environment, familiarity with the language of architectural design, and a passion for storytelling. They will be able understand complex ideas and jargon-heavy text and translate these into engaging content. This is a writing-focused, integrated communications role with the opportunity to own graphic design and photography projects as well.Reporting to the Communications Director and the Senior Marketing Director, the Communications Coordinator will contribute to communication efforts that directly impact the firm’s external presence. The role covers multiple facets of communication, from award submissions to social media, thought leadership, and media relations. You’ll be asked to work on multiple concurrent projects and will need to be comfortable talking to people at all levels across the studios. You’ll also be involved with the background tasks required to communicate effectively, such as knowledge management and tracking milestones.The global marketing team is a group of passionate writers, designers, and storytellers across the firm’s New York, London, and Shanghai offices. We sit within a collaborative, high-performance environment with a focus on innovation and excellence.**Primary Responsibilities**:* Assist with producing posts and updating KPF.com and social media channels with the latest upcoming events, award wins, press appearances, project milestones, and other firm news* Producing content for KPF.com and external channels* Copywriting articles* Developing outlines/scripts for video* Research relevant new awards programmes, track submission deadlines, contribute to the production of submissions* Craft project narratives for the KPF website and other platforms in collaboration with designers and studio leaders* Own social media campaigns around specific events, promoting the firm’s experts as thought leaders in their field* Assist with writing biographies and CVs for project leaders* Assist with media monitoring, and with opportunities to contribute to publicity campaigns, including press releases and targeted media outreach**Qualifications:*** 3-5 years of professional experience in communications or related field.* Strong writing, organisational, and time management skills, as well as keen attention to detail.* Ability to adapt to changing deadlines and priorities.* Comfortable collaborating with colleagues virtually across time zones* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe InDesign.* Graphic design, photography, and videography skills are a bonus but not required.* Bachelor’s degree required.**Work Environment:**This position requires you to be in person in our London office 5 days per week.KPF’s mission is to elevate cities through impactful design, collaborating closely with the world’s most forward-thinking clients to create high performing, carefully crafted buildings that are unique to their physical, social, and environmental contexts.* **Career Growth:**Opportunities for training, development, and career progression.* **Company Culture:**Collaborative, high-performance environment with a focus on innovation and excellence.* **Benefits:** Comprehensive health insurance including medical and dental, pension scheme with generous company-matching contributions, enhanced paid family leave and other benefits.**To Apply:** Submit your CV and 2-3 writing samples via the "Apply" button.
