Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Arcade Technician to join our team in one of the busiest and most sucessful arcades in the North West of England. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining, repairing, and troubleshooting a variety of technical equipment and systems. MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE WITH ALL TYPES OF ARCADE MACHINES AND SLOTS
You will be reporting to arcade manager or on shift supervisors.

Duties
* Conduct routine maintenance and repairs on mechanical and electronic equipment to ensure smooth operation.
* Utilise hand tools and specialised diagnostic instruments to identify faults and implement solutions effectively.
* Repair and maintain computer hardware, including desktops, servers, and peripheral devices.
* Troubleshoot computer networking issues, including connectivity problems and configuration errors.
* Perform system upgrades, installations, and configurations for both hardware and software components.
* Assist with equipment repair tasks, ensuring minimal downtime and adherence to safety standards.
* Document all maintenance activities accurately in accordance with organisational procedures.
Requirements
* Experience with all types of arcade machines (Redemption, fruit machines, bingo, shooters, racing, 2p pushers etc).
* Proven experience or strong knowledge of computer hardware, and networking principles.
* Proficiency with hand tools, diagnostic equipment, and schematic reading.
* Experience in computer repair, maintenance, and troubleshooting of hardware components.
* Ability to perform equipment repair efficiently while adhering to safety protocols.
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
* Excellent problem-solving skills coupled with a methodical approach to diagnostics.
* Relevant qualifications or certifications in electronics, IT support, or related fields are desirable but not essential. Pay: From £15.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 15 per week
