Production Fabricator - Join the Fourdot Group Team!
Fourdot Group is on the lookout for a Production Fabricator to join our talented and growing team!
Working across four innovative brands, you’ll help bring a wide range of products to life - primarily in wood and acrylic - using our on-site fabrication equipment and tools. You’ll collaborate with senior fabricators to create top-quality products that meet our high standards of craftsmanship and design.

Full training will be provided!
What You’ll Be Doing:
* Support the fabrication process from start to finish, working from production plans.
* Use hand tools, diamond and flame polishers to finish acrylic components.
* Operate line benders and gluing stations to assemble batch-run products.
* Prepare wood and acrylic materials for production.
* Maintain a clean, safe workspace and follow all health, safety, and environmental procedures.
* Wear PPE and follow all safety signage.
* Work collaboratively with the wider production team to identify improvements and efficiencies.
* Deliver precise, high-quality work - meeting output targets set by your Team Leader.
What We’re Looking For:
* Previous experience in a factory or workshop environment.
* Confidence in using hand tools and machinery safely.
* A practical mindset and problem-solving approach.
* The ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
* A team player who can also work independently when needed.
