Job Description
* Work closely with the MD to implement the growth strategy for the business
* Oversee and develop the HR, Customer Service, and IT Support teams
* Build scalable operational processes that enable growth without compromising brand values
* Collaborate with leadership to align operations with strategic goals
* Introduce tools, systems, and ways of working that increase efficiency and team effectiveness
* Ensure compliance, people development, and excellent internal service delivery
The Successful Applicant
* Experience working for a well-known branded consumer business, you will be familiar working for household brands that have global reach
* Background in consumer durables such as toys, gifting, fashion, sports etc
* Understands how a strong brand operates and scales from the inside out
* Familiar with supporting or leading operational growth in a consumer business
* Able to lead and inspire cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment
* Strong organisational, strategic, and communication skills
