We're looking for a strategic, forward-thinking Place Planning & Delivery Lead to join our Adult Social Care team. You'll be part of a team of five, each aligned to one of Norfolk's five geographical Places — with this role primarily supporting East Norfolk or North Norfolk. While your core focus will be providing increased leadership and delivery support at a local Place level, you'll also lead on countywide initiatives, helping to drive consistency, share learning, and embed best practice where it makes sense.
This is a pivotal role in delivering our strategic priorities. Working closely with senior leaders and cross-functional teams, you'll lead change initiatives, manage performance at Place demonstrating the values of NCC.

You'll bring strong project and change management skills, a collaborative mindset, and the ability to turn insight into action.
