Business Development Manager
who thrives on building relationships, seizing new opportunities, and driving results.

About the Role
Identifying and engaging with Insurance Brokers of all shapes and sizes around the UK to promote our lead generation services, opening doors, converting new business opportunities and driving growth
Strategically self-generating prospects through research, recommendation, referral and the use of tools such as LinkedIn, Sales Navigator etc.
Pick up the phone and build instant rapport with brokers, open doors, navigate gatekeepers, and secure meetings with decision-makers
Deliver tailored, engaging proposals that show real value
Close deals by combining persuasive conversation with a sharp value proposition
Utilising our CRM to manage your pipeline and track results (HubSpot)
Keep ahead of market trends
Help to develop sales marketing assets, case studies and testimonials to support your new business efforts
About You
Proven experience in
B2B Sales or Business Development is essential
- if you have experience either working in or selling to the Insurance sector this is a big plus!
A proven track record of exceeding new business sales targets in a self-generated environment
Confidence and energy when speaking to new clients on the phone, with instant rapport and relationship building skills
Skill in handling objections, and strong knowledge of sales techniques and processes
Excellent communication skills - clear, persuasive, and a great listener
A tenacious, resilient with a results-driven mindset and genuine hunger to succeed
CRM experience (HubSpot knowledge is a bonus points)
