As an In-House Solicitor, you will provide comprehensive legal support across various areas of law, including regulatory compliance, commercial contracts, corporate governance, and litigation management
Skills:
* Qualified solicitor in the United Kingdom, with a valid practicing certificate
* Up to 2 years of post-qualification experience, preferably gained in a reputable law firm or in-house legal department.
* Strong knowledge and experience in commercial law, contract law, regulatory compliance, and corporate governance.
This is to work on a hybrid based with the office based in Perthshire and within easy reach of Perth
