Set in a stunning hotel, the spa focuses on wellness, personalised client journeys, and holistic experiences from bespoke bathing rituals and rejuvenating treatments to meditation and fine dining. If you have a minimum NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) and a passion for delivering exceptional client care, we’d love to hear from you! What We Offer: Hourly Pay: £12.00 per hour. Commission: Earn on retail sales of Tribe517 and Ritual products from treatments, with a 5% commission on sales up to KPI and 10% on anything over KPI for skincare. Bonuses: Earn quarterly bonuses from other retail sales (candles, teas, jewellery), including product rewards, restaurant vouchers, or experiences. Training: Full training will be provided on all bespoke treatments and elements of our luxurious spa services. Requirements: Experience: Minimum Level 3 Beauty or equivalent, with at least 2 years of experience in a salon or spa using a recognised product range and retail consultation training. However, recent NVQ Level 2 therapists with the right personality and drive will also be considered! Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to create a welcoming, consultative environment for clients. Flexibility: Ability to work a rolling rota, including early and late shifts, every other weekend, and bank holidays. Transport: Must have a car and a full UK driving license, with free parking available.
