We have a new opportunity for a mobilization assistant to support the Cooneen Protection Technical Mobilization team in our Fivemiletown facility.
Key Tasks/Main Activities:
1. Organize and prepare Gold Seal / CWS samples (e.g., tagging, cleaning, and packing).
2. Log specification changes and update requests received from Shanghai office, and communicate updates to the customer.
3. Review and investigate NCR issues identified by the quality department and make necessary updates as directed by the mobilisation manager.
4. Review and inspect gold seal samples against customer specifications.
5. Produce visual aids for production, customer, or sales teams, such as user manuals or information packs.
6. Manage and maintain mobilisation documents.
7. Organise and manage sample logs.
8. Update and maintain customer critical paths.
9. Track and log samples sent for customer inspection and sign-off.
10. Assist Product Implementation Co-Ordinator with pre-production inspection reports when required.
11. Organise sample fabric and trims to be sent to external test laboratories and evaluate results against customer specifications for compliance.
12. Schedule daily update calls with factory offices and production to monitor mobilisation progress.
13. Attend customer mobilisation meetings as directed by mobilisation manager.
14. Create factory trim packs and organise these for costing purposes.
15. Review and respond to customer queries as directed by mobilisation manager.
16. Create trim and factory packs for in-house production and maintain these with technical and production teams.
17. Follow up on mobilisation project actions as directed by Mobilisation manager.
18. Identify opportunities for operational improvements in your area of responsibility.
19. Perform other duties as deemed necessary by management.
20. Observe all company rules, SOPs, and policies, especially regarding health and safety, harassment, disciplinary actions, and ICT security.
21. Support Cooneen Lean continuous improvement activities to maximize efficiency.

Requirements
Essential
* Qualification in business, manufacturing, engineering, production, or a related science/analytical field.
* Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel at an intermediate level.
Desirable
* Experience in manufacturing, clothing, textiles, or fashion industry.
* Interest in Lean methodologies.
