BMS Service Team Leader

I am looking for an experienced BMS Service Team Leader to join a household name in the BMS space.
You’ll play a key role in ensuring BMS systems operate efficiently, reliably, and in line with client expectations while helping shape the future of smart building service delivery.
You will be:
* Leading, mentoring, supporting a team of BMS Service Engineers
* Supervising planned and reactive maintenance activities across client sites
* Acting as the escalation point for complex technical issues and fault diagnostics
* Ensuring service delivery meets contractual KPIs and customer expectations, managing scheduling, call outs etc.
* Liaising with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to deliver a high standard of service
Essential Experience & Skills
You will have:
* Proven hands‑on experience servicing and maintaining BMS systems
* Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, controls, and building automation
* Previous experience in a supervisory or team leadership capacity
* Excellent fault‑finding, diagnostic, and problem‑solving skills
* Strong communication, organisational, and stakeholder management skills
* Experience with energy management and smart building technologies
