We have an opportunity for a data driven individual to help ensure that we have systems, processes, and measurement tools to monitor and evaluate the impact of our mental health services. Birmingham Mind are the citys leading independent mental health charity and every day we use data to inform the decisions we take, ensuring we provide excellent care and support for people where and when they need it.
With strong Excel skills you will demonstrate a passion for analysing complex data and compiling reports for both internal and external stakeholders. Youll act as a System Administrator for our CRM system and assist with the continual improvement of the organisation's database.
Key Responsibilities:
Assisting the Performance & Evaluation Manager to build questionnaires and data collection tools within the organisations database, to ensure that the organisation can effectively monitor and evaluate the outcomes and value of its many different services.
