What you’ll be doing
Reporting to the Head of Regulatory Reporting you will be responsible for helping to deliver the regulatory reporting Policy Standard, including associated controls across Paragon Banking Group Plc. You will be required to develop and support the regulatory, treasury and financial reporting frameworks in accordance with emerging good practice and regulatory expectations.
1. Support the development and maintenance of the regulatory reporting framework for the Bank and wider Group, ensuring complete, accurate and timely submission of all regulatory returns.
2. Monitor the regulatory reporting requirement horizon to ensure that the suite of reporting is current and supports that development.
3. Provide support to the business in identifying the impact of new regulation on current and proposed activity
4. Report to relevant stakeholders on the performance of the regulatory reporting Policy Standard
5. Work collaboratively with Group stakeholders to ensure requirements and responsibilities are clearly understood
6. Maintain the procedures, interpretation documents and policies that support the regulatory reporting Policy Standard
7. Work with second and third line to ensure that the reporting framework is robust.
About You
What you’ll bring to the team
8. Previous financial services experience, especially within a regulatory reporting team is essential
9. Effectively prioritise tasks to ensure delivery meets critical deadlines
10. Confident and able to analyse and present complex information with internal and external customers
11. Ability to assimilate and utilise new information, processes and training
12. Effective communication skills for written and verbal reporting and the ability to present to group meetings
13. Commitment to deliver and maintain high standards of customer satisfaction
14. Embrace change and influence and encourage others

Working hours
Monday to Friday - 37.5 hours per week, office based. Hybrid working will be considered as part of this role. You will be required to attend the office 3 days a week and the rest working from home.
