The Role Reporting directly to the School Business Manager, you will manage the administrative function of the school office and supervise a team of receptionists and administrative assistants. Key responsibilities include: • Leading and line managing the school office team • Overseeing attendance systems and SIMS data accuracy • Managing communications with parents and external stakeholders • Coordinating admissions and student record administration • Ensuring safeguarding and compliance documentation is maintained • Supporting senior leaders with administrative tasks and reporting The role requires someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
