We are working with a fast-growing client in the construction industry who are looking for a Hire Coordinator to join their team. As a Hire Coordinator, youll be the first point of contact for customer inquiries, working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment managing customer orders, quotes, and deliveries.
Salary: £30,000 - £34,000 dependant on experience.
Hours: Monday - Friday, 08:30 - 17:30
Key Responsibilities of the Hire Coordinator:
* Deliver high quality customer service, acting as the main point of contact for customer inquiries via phone and email
* Prepare and follow up on customer quotations
* Negotiate aspects of quotes to secure orders
* Convert Purchase Orders and confirm availability of equipment
* Create and manage customer contracts
* Ensure timely delivery of products and solutions, coordinating logistics with the relevant teams
* Collaborate with field sales to act on new opportunities
* Maintain relationships with key customers
Key Skills and Experience:
1. Experience in hire control, quoting, or processing order (industry-specific experience not required)
