What an opportunity for a Global HR Business Partner to join this commercial organisation (based in Hertfordshire) where you will act as a coach, advisor and change catalyst across Global client groups. This is a high visibility, high-impact role that combines strategic thinking with hands on delivery. Partner with Senior Stakeholders globally to shape and deliver people strategies aligned to business goals Act as a coach and thought partner to leadership Drive a strong culture of continuous improvement and accountability, celebrating behaviours Lead and implement global talent initiatives i.e. talent management, succession planning, performance management, leadership development. Provides second level operational HR support to People Managers on Employee Relations and people issues Provide insight and data-driven advice, supporting business and workforce transformation. They are looking for:- Experienced strategic HR Business Partner Experience of leading a high performing team of HR professionals in a remote environment Excellent Stakeholder Management skills at all levels Experience of leading and implementing strategic HR initiatives.
