We are currently looking for a dedicated and Choice Based Lettings Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will support the delivery of a comprehensive housing and estate management service, making a positive and lasting contribution to the communities we serve. You will play a key part in delivering an efficient, customer-focused Choice Based Lettings (CBL) service, supporting customers through the housing application process and ensuring services are accessible, responsive and compliant. The person Do you have experience of working in a customer facing role with strong customer care skills demonstrating high levels of customer ownership and accountability? Do you have experience of working collaboratively with others and developing positive working relationships.? Are you well organised, able to prioritise and manage competing priorities delivering work to agreed deadlines and standards? If so, we would love to hear from you.
