Support Worker - Responsibilities will include: Assist Support adults with daily living tasks, such as cooking, cleaning, and personal care. Encourage independence by helping individuals make choices and develop life skills. Assist with attending appointments, activities, and community events. Respond calmly and professionally to challenging behaviour, using de-escalation techniques and following behaviour support plans. Monitor and promote physical and emotional well-being, reporting any concerns to senior staff. Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with the care team and families.
