Join us and make Mental Health Matter! About the role We are seeking a proactive and organised Business Support Administration Officer to join our team. In this varied role, you will provide essential administrative and operational support across the organisation, helping to ensure smooth service delivery and effective coordination of business support functions. You will manage key systems, produce performance reports, assist with compliance and business continuity activities, and support internal projects and communications. This role requires excellent organisational skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to and the ability to manage competing priorities working both independently and collaboratively across the organisation. The postholder must maintain confidentiality and demonstrate a proactive, solution-focused approach. About you To be successful in this role, you will need to: *You have proven experience in an administrative role, including minute-taking and diary management. *You are proficient in Microsoft Office applications and comfortable managing multiple priorities. *You communicate confidently and effectively, both verbally and in writing. *You are solution-focused, adaptable, and keen to contribute to continuous improvement. *You demonstrate discretion and can handle sensitive information with confidentiality. *You work well independently but also enjoy collaborating with colleagues across different teams. *Experience in supporting accreditation processes or knowledge of the voluntary, charitable, or healthcare sectors is desirable but not essential. *You are committed to personal development and delivering excellent customer service.
