Responsibilities
* Perform routine servicing.
* Carry out diagnostics using advanced mobile equipment.
* Conduct in‑depth repairs typically performed in a workshop.
* Provide member advice and recommendations based on inspections.
* Carry out vehicle safety checks aligned to RAC standards.
* Use the fully equipped RAC van, fuel card, uniform, tool set and diagnostic tools.
Qualifications
* Level 2 qualification in Light Vehicle Maintenance or equivalent.
* Minimum of 2 years of experience as a vehicle technician working on light vehicles.
* A full UK driving licence with fewer than 6 points.
Benefits & Compensation
* Competitive base salary of £45,378 (inclusive of London Weighting Allowance if applicable) with on‑target earnings up to £57,000.

* 40 hours per week, core hours 8:30 am – 5:00 pm, and one Saturday in every four.
