Job Details
* Role: Care Assistant
* Contract: Maternity cover for 12 months
* Hours: 16hrs per week
* Shift pattern: AM and PM shifts, includes alternate weekends (Saturday and Sunday), must be flexible
* Salary: £14.33ph
* Location: Stoke Gifford Retirement Village, Edward Parker Road, Bristol, BS16 1YG

Responsibilities
* Provide all aspects of domiciliary care to our residents including physical, personal care and support with social activities.
* Promote and support the physical, emotional and well-being of our residents.
* Encourage independence and self‑belief.
* Ensure records and documents are completed in line with our policy.
Person Specification
* Hold a care certificate or willing to undertake a care qualification.
* Personable, an effective communicator and a team player.
* Passionate about delivering a quality care service.
* Flexible with hours.
