Overview
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the England Division of Accomplish as Regional Manager. This is a key role in the business, you will be leading a team of registered managers to deliver high quality care and strong performance while making a difference to the lives of some of the most vulnerable people and positively embracing “our values”. The Regional Manager will have direct accountability for multiple Residential sites across Worcester, Shropshire and the West Midlands to ensure delivery of the best possible outcomes for the people they support. The candidate will do this through effective operational management focusing on ensuring high quality services and also provide commercial profitability for both the existing business and through new business growth opportunities. You will also create, develop and sustain partnership working relationships with the commissioning authorities and other external agencies, as well as with families and advocates.
Salary: £56,000
Benefits: Car allowance £3,600 per annum
Bonus: 21% Annual Bonus
Hybrid working: A blend of travel and working from home
Location: Worcester, Shropshire and the West Midlands

Responsibilities
* Lead a team of registered managers to deliver high quality care and strong performance.
* Ensure delivery of the best possible outcomes for people supported across multiple Residential sites.
* Deliver high quality services while maintaining commercial profitability for existing business and exploring new business growth opportunities.
* Create, develop and sustain partnership working relationships with commissioning authorities, external agencies, families and advocates.
* Deliver above budget performance while maintaining high quality standards of care and outcomes.
* Demonstrate professionalism and effective communication; build strong internal and external stakeholder relationships.
* Be highly organized, autonomous, and adaptable to changing priorities.
* Apply knowledge of working with adults who may challenge behaviors, including learning disabilities, autism, mental health needs and ABI.
* Maintain compliance with policies, procedures, processes and internal controls; meet professional qualification requirements or be working towards them.
* Travel across the geographical region or as required; a full UK driving licence is essential.
Qualifications
* Experience and evidence of competence in a Registered Manager role and multi-site management.
* Understanding and commitment to values, standards, policies and practices.
* Evidence of delivering high quality services.
* Strong business acumen, commercial awareness and financial management.
* Professional qualification equivalent to degree level or management qualification (QCF Level 5 in Social Care Management) or working towards this.
* Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel.
