Key Responsibilities:
* Assist the class teacher in delivering interactive and engaging lessons
* Provide 1:1 and group support, including working with students with special educational needs (SEN)
* Help create and maintain a positive and stimulating classroom environment
* Monitor student progress and provide feedback to teachers
* Supervise children during playtimes, lunchtimes, and on school outings
* Prepare materials and resources for lessons and classroom activities
Requirements:
* Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant or in a similar support role
* A passion for helping children reach their full potential
* Strong organisational and communication skills
* Ability to work well within a team
* A relevant qualification (e.g., CACHE Level 2 or 3) is a plus but not essential
Working Hours:
* Monday to Friday, standard school hours
* Flexible working options for full:time and part:time positions
