Job Role: Lifestyle Host
Working in this stunning lifestyle hotel, your role as the Lifestyle Host is to ensure that you provide the best first and last impressions that our guests receive, which is essential for ensuring they return time and time again.
You should have a genuine passion for delivering excellent customer service, greeting guests on arrival, providing hospitality as if welcoming a guest into your own home—offering a warm welcome, escorting guests to their rooms, offering a welcome drink, and checking that they have everything they need for a comfortable stay.
During quieter moments, you may take reservations over the phone, complete general admin tasks, and provide guests with information about the hotel and our services. Strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask efficiently and friendly are required.
When it's time to say goodbye, ensure that all billing details are correct and wish our guests a safe onward journey.
Customer service experience is essential; previous Hotel Front Office or Reception experience is desirable. As you are the first and last impression our guests receive, it is very important that you are always friendly, helpful, smart, and presentable.
Must be available to work flexible shifts, including early, mid, late, and weekends.
You will have:
