About the Role
As a Vehicle Order Administrator, you’ll act as the key link between Bespoke Relationship Managers, Sales Planning, and the Vehicle Configuration teams. Your role will focus on ensuring all bespoke orders are processed accurately, on schedule, and in alignment with central Commercial Operations requirements.
You will take ownership of documentation, order tracking, and communication, ensuring customers and internal teams are kept up to date at every stage.
Key Responsibilities
Order Management & Coordination:
* Act as the main liaison between Bespoke Relationship Managers, Sales Planning, and Vehicle Configuration teams.
* Ensure all bespoke orders are completed accurately and on time.
* Review and validate all customer-facing documentation before submission.
* Upload and maintain accurate records in the internal systems.
Customer & Internal Communication:
* Be the first point of contact for updates and queries on bespoke order status.
* Support internal teams by providing clear, timely updates throughout the process.
* Collaborate with Commercial Operations to enable smooth order scheduling.
Reporting & Analysis:
* Produce regular reports and analysis on order completion status.
* Highlight trends, potential delays, and opportunities for process improvements.

* Confident in Microsoft Office Suite; SAP experience is highly desirable.
