* Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders including legal, compliance, operations colleagues, and technology support teams to facilitate accurate reporting.
* Work diligently under tight daily deadlines to deliver high-quality outputs while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
* Build strong working relationships with global partners by communicating effectively and supporting shared objectives across functions.
* Contribute actively to process improvements by identifying opportunities for increased efficiency or enhanced controls within existing frameworks.
* Participate as an integral member of project teams tasked with enabling new business initiatives or strengthening operational control measures.
* Take ownership of multiple deliverables simultaneously by planning, organising, and executing tasks independently or as part of a collaborative team.

Qualifications
To excel as an Operations Analyst in this dynamic environment, you will bring proven experience managing complex workloads with precision while demonstrating empathy towards colleagues’ perspectives. A background involving detailed data analysis or exposure to financial products will serve you well; however, your willingness to learn quickly is equally important. You should feel comfortable adapting your approach when faced with evolving priorities or unexpected challenges—always maintaining composure under pressure. Your commitment to continuous improvement means you proactively seek out ways to streamline processes or strengthen controls wherever possible. * Familiarity with equity products such as stocks, listed derivatives, or OTC derivatives is advantageous but not mandatory.
* A solid understanding of operations functions or trade lifecycle processes would be beneficial for success in this role.
