Role: Housekeeper & Cook – Bank AgreementPay: £12.21 - £13.62p/hLocation: Solihull We’re seeking relief staff to complement our existing Sheltered Housing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking for a flexible, rewarding role where they can make a real difference in the lives of older people. About the Role As relief staff, you will take on a dual role, combining cooking and resident support responsibilities. You will directly impact the wellbeing of our residents by providing the support and care they need in a safe, nurturing environment. Your key responsibilities will include: Meal Preparation & Cooking: Prepare and serve home-cooked meals for residents, while maintaining food stock and ensuring proper rotation. Resident Support: Be the first point of contact for residents, offering a friendly face and support with their daily needs. Housekeeping: Ensure communal areas are clean, tidy, and well-maintained, creating a comfortable environment for all. Wellbeing Promotion: Promote the overall wellbeing of our residents, ensuring they feel respected, empowered, and connected within our community. Pay & Benefits In line with your casual (bank) worker assignment agreement, we offer competitive pay that is benchmarked regularly, and in line with those of our employed staff in similar roles.
