This full‑time, Monday–Friday role is ideal for someone looking to broaden their experience working with PLC level executives and a senior management team, build confidence working with senior stakeholders, and position themselves strongly for future permanent EA opportunities within the business or beyond. You’ll work closely with members of our senior leadership team as they support the next chapter of Vertu Motors’ growth, gaining invaluable insight into how a large PLC operates at the highest level. What You’ll Do Senior-Level Support Provide proactive, high‑quality administrative support to senior leaders, helping to keep priorities on track and operations running smoothly. Diary & Stakeholder Management Manage complex diaries, meetings and travel arrangements, working confidently with internal and external stakeholders at all levels. Meeting & Governance Support Prepare agendas, take accurate minutes, track actions and follow up to ensure accountability and progress. Professional Communication Act as a trusted first point of contact, handling queries professionally and building strong working relationships across the Group. Confidentiality & Judgement Work with sensitive and commercially confidential information, demonstrating discretion, professionalism and sound judgement at all times.
