Covering 52,000 square feet of heritage buildings and a central courtyard in the historic brewing quarter in Covent Garden, GOGBL aims to become a key growth driver for Guinness, positioning the brand within culture, driving relevance, and increasing brand saliency among a new generation of drinkers. Guinness is the largest market globally, experiencing outstanding growth, with a 50% increase since 2019, reaching historic levels in value, volume, and market share in its 264-year history.LocationKey elements of the site include:Iconic Guinness Gates as the main entrance, offering cultural impact in London.Restaurants, Taproom, Bars - serving high-quality food and beer on-site.All-weather historic courtyard with a top-tier bar experience.Retail spaces, including collaborations for limited-edition items.Custom rooftop dining and drinking experience on the 5th floor with views of London.Brewery tours and beer tasting experiences.Cultural events space equipped for meetings and conferences.You will be responsible for:Managing the website backend, including deploying tickets, experiences, and content updates.Executing and reporting on CRM campaigns for GOGBL.Supporting paid media activities alongside the Digital Marketing & Performance Manager.Providing insights and reports for all online channels, updating the team and wider business.Collaborating with the Events & Reservations team, providing consumer behavior insights and booking data.Key Team membersThe role reports to the Digital Marketing & Performance Manager within the Sales & Marketing team at GOGBL. It involves working closely with the wider Diageo business, including Data & Technology, Legal, Media, and CRM teams.Qualifications and Experience RequiredDeep CRM knowledge, including email campaign management.Experience with Google and Meta advertising platforms.Hands-on experience with email creation and CMS platforms.Ability to communicate digital concepts clearly to non-digital stakeholders.Passion for creating seamless multi-channel online consumer experiences.Data analysis skills and storytelling ability.Understanding of responsible marketing and GDPR compliance.Experience with brand tone of voice and identity.Ticketing system experience (preferred but not essential).Working with UsWe value flexibility and encourage discussions about flexible working arrangements, including part-time, compressed hours, and remote options.Competitive rewards and benefits, including work-life balance policies, wellbeing activities, annual merit increases, bonuses, gym subsidies, pension schemes, and share options.Our purpose is to celebrate life, every day, everywhere.
