Chrisalis Refurbishment Ltd is a successful and growing refurbishment company, completing high-quality projects across the UK. We’re looking for a reliable and organised Bookkeeping / Accounts Assistant to join our team in Catford on a part-time basis (21 hours per week / 3 days).
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with experience in accounts and admin, looking for flexible working hours and days in a supportive and professional environment.
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
Finance & Bookkeeping:
* Day-to-day bookkeeping using Sage 50
* Processing invoices, payments, and expense claims
* Bank reconciliations and VAT returns
* Maintaining Excel spreadsheets for financial tracking and reporting
* Managing general finance admin and supporting month-end tasks
HR & Admin:
* Tracking and managing employee annual leave and absences
* Assisting with preparation of employee contracts and onboarding paperwork
* Maintaining staff records and supporting basic HR processes
* Using Outlook for internal and external communication
What We're Looking For:
* Confident using Sage 50 and Microsoft package
* Previous experience in a bookkeeping/accounts assistant role
* Some knowledge of basic HR admin (contracts, leave tracking, etc.)
* Highly organised with strong attention to detail
* Professional, discreet, and able to handle sensitive information
* Comfortable working independently and managing your own workload
