We are seeking a Lead Practitioner to takeour Work Related Learning Programme to the next level and helpshape the future for our students. Directly interacting withlocal employers, you will play a key role in creating, buildingand expanding partnerships, creating a wide range of diversework-related learning opportunities.
You'll focus on networking, skilldevelopment, and be instrumental in preparing our students forsuccess beyond school. This is a fantastic chance to make ameaningful impact in a supportive and forward-thinkingenvironment.
About the Role
You will:
· Coordinate and manage internal and external workplacements.
· Lead, plan, and deliver an inclusive high-quality work-relatedlearning programme for post-16 learners.
· Build and maintain positive links with local employers andexternal partners.
· Fulfil the role of a job coach part of the week and oversee andsupport job coaches, as well as contribute to classroom learningfor post-16 students.
· Track student progress, support preparation for adulthood, andchampion inclusion for all.
What We Are Looking For
· At least two years' experience in an educational setting and abackground in Work Related Learning.
· Experience of supporting young people with a range of specialeducational needs.
· Strong communication, organisational, and leadershipskills.
· Positive, flexible approach and ability to motivateothers.
· Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of youngpeople.
