Responsibilities
* Be the on-site health & safety lead across projects ranging from £2m refurbishments to £70m headline jobs (commercial, residential, and mixed works).

* Lead multiple sites, manage a small team, and still have time for proactive safety conversations and near-miss reviews.
* Apply knowledge of regulations while focusing on people and practical safety outcomes.
* Identify and call out unsafe practices tactfully and promptly.
* Contribute to shaping the health & safety department and embed safety into the company DNA (not just posters).

* Ability to lead multiple sites, manage a small team, and maintain steady delivery under pressure.
* Solid knowledge of health & safety regulations and strong interpersonal skills to engage people effectively.
