Manage incoming phone calls, emails and correspondence Purchase and Sales Ledger processing Credit Control duties Cash Flow Management Reconcile Bank and Credit Card Statements. Process Payroll and Pension including CIS Payments Processing all HMRC statutory payments for PAYE/CIS and VAT NI/ROI Project Costing Reporting Review Supplier Pricing updating system when required Purchasing updating system when orders are placed and received Goods Inwards Ensure items are labelled correctly for projects.
