We are looking for an experienced Supplier Compliance Administrator. Working out of our offices in Long Martson, you will be responsible for internal checks on all existing VAT supplier accounts to help prevent against fraud.
Key Responsibilities
* Perform enhanced compliance checks on existing supplier accounts, via internet explorer/search engine
* Follow procedures and upload documentation to our in house system Navision via Zetadocs and record status of checks
* Process large amounts of detailed information with accuracy and in a timely manner
* Liaise with manager regularly and report any red warning flags/non-compliant finding immediately
* Set up all new accounts and amend when necessary
* Complete compliance checks on existing suppliers
* Monitor SBs expiry and renewals
* Perform such other duties as the Company may from time to time reasonably require
Key Skills/Competencies
* Previous experience with Navision, internet explorer and Excel is ideal
* Knowledge of Missing Trader Fraud ideal, training provided if not held
