Requirements
Degree holder in Fashion & Textiles or business discipline
With at least 7-8 years of management experience in buying and merchandising, preferably in the fashion / lifestyle / retail industry
Strong interest in fashion as well as a strong knowledge of vendors and contacts within the industry
Proactive, sensitive to figures and strong analytical and negotiation skills
Excellent product sensibility and understanding of competitive retail landscape
Ability to take initiative, ownership, and accountability for business results
Attention to detail with high level of accuracy
Strong decision-making capability with the ability to influence, present and defend a business argument both one-on-one and in a group setting
Business acumen, strong analytical and presentation skills
