IMH Recruitment are seeking, on behalf of their client, a Customer Account Manager.
Key Tasks / Responsibilities:
* Serve as the primary point of contact for all customer account management matters.
* Manage required customer mailboxes as directed by Operations.
* Communicate effectively and positively with all staff.
* Collaborate with Operations to ensure accurate and timely management of customs documents, guaranteeing solutions are delivered in line with customer needs and objectives.
* Support new customer-facing colleagues to ensure excellent customer service techniques are utilised.
* Monitor service level agreements in real time to ensure they are not missed.
* Build and sustain strong, effective, and long-lasting relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
* Act as a mediator between clients and internal stakeholders to efficiently resolve complex customs or customer-related issues.
* Clearly and effectively communicate business changes as needed.
Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday – Friday, on a 3-week shift rotation:
* 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
* 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM
* 11:30 AM – 8:00 PM
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: From £26,500.00 per year
