Job Overview
This is an exciting opportunity to lead projects co-designed with communities and key stakeholders, supporting population health through nutrition-based interventions.
The successful candidate will report to Nutrition and Dietetic services, lead the rollout of interventions, and work with multiagency stakeholders and target populations to deliver tailored services.
Responsibilities
* Lead the development, co-design, and evaluation of nutrition interventions.
* Manage a small delivery team and administrative resources.
* Develop regular service reports (monthly, quarterly, annual).
* Translate evidence-based clinical practice into practical food messages.
Qualifications and Skills
* Experience leading projects and working with communities.
* Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to work flexibly, with options for remote and part-time work.
* Welsh and/or English speakers are welcome to apply.

Vacancy base to be confirmed. Flexible hours to meet service needs. Full-time and part-time hours considered.
