Job Title: Structural Engineer

Role Overview
We are looking for a motivated and experienced Structural Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, assessing, and overseeing structural projects across a range of sectors. You'll work closely with architects, contractors, and other engineers to ensure safe, efficient, and cost‑effective structural solutions.
Key Responsibilities
* Design and analyze structural components for buildings, infrastructure, or industrial projects
* Prepare detailed calculations, drawings, and specifications
* Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor progress and ensure compliance
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop integrated design solutions
* Ensure designs meet relevant codes, standards, and client requirements
* Provide technical guidance and support throughout the project lifecycle
Requirements
* Degree in Structural or Civil Engineering
* Proven experience in structural design and analysis
* Proficiency in structural design software (e.g., Tekla, AutoCAD, Revit, STAAD.Pro, or similar)
* Strong understanding of UK building regulations and Eurocodes
* Excellent problem‑solving and communication skills
* Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
Desirable
* Chartered or working towards chartership (ICE or IStructE)
* Experience in steel, concrete, timber, and masonry design
* Familiarity with BIM processes and collaborative design environments
