We’re looking for a skilled Landscape Groundworker to join our growing team in Ilkley and help bring our bespoke garden designs to life. About Us: We are a creative and quality-driven garden design and build company based in Ilkley. Our projects range from elegant town gardens to large rural landscapes, and we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional results from the ground up. The Role: As a Landscape Groundworker, you’ll be responsible for the essential groundwork that forms the foundation of our garden builds. Your key tasks will include: Operating excavation machinery and loaders confidently and safely Using laser levels to set accurate site heights and gradients Setting out framework for paving, decking, and structures Concrete mixing and pouring for bases and footings Installing land drainage systems and preparing sub-bases Supporting the wider team with general landscaping duties as needed What We’re Looking For: Proven experience in landscaping or construction groundworks Competence in operating diggers, dumpers, and other site machinery Strong understanding of site levels, drainage, and concrete work Ability to read and interpret site plans and set out accurately A team player with a strong work ethic and attention to detail Full UK driving licence required What We Offer: Competitive pay based on experience A supportive and skilled team environment Varied and rewarding projects across Ilkley and surrounding areas Opportunities for training and career development Location: Ilkley and surrounding areas Job Type: Full-time, Permanent Start Date: ASAP Job Type: Full-time Pay: £27,000.00-£30,000.00 per year Benefits: Company pension Schedule: Monday to Friday Overtime Experience: Groundworks: 5 years (required) Licence/Certification: Driving Licence (required) Work authorisation: United Kingdom (required) Work Location: In person Reference ID: Landscape Groundworker
