Sales & Loyalty Representative Job Description: As a Renewals Representative, you'll play a key role in managing and protecting the value of a significant portion of our customer base-worth hundreds of millions and representing over half of our total UKI revenue. You'll build meaningful, consultative relationships with customers, helping them fully understand and maximise the value of their Sage products and services. By focusing on customer satisfaction, retention, and long-term success, you'll ensure our customers remain loyal, engaged, and supported throughout their journey with us. This is a hybrid role - 3 days in office (Newcastle) 2 days at home Key Responsibilities: - Own and drive product and service adoption using customer data to proactively reduce churn risk. - Support growth by protecting £10M campaigns through value-led engagement and save-a-sale conversations. - Consistently deliver improvements to reduce contraction, aiming to exceed the £4M retention target. - Increase renewals and retention by demonstrating clear value that supports customer business success. - Understand customer pain points and provide responsive, effective solutions. - Maintain strong product knowledge to confidently recommend and demonstrate Sage's offerings. - Coordinate resolution of critical issues, working with internal teams to ensure positive outcomes. - Represent the customer voice, sharing actionable feedback to improve products, services, and customer experience. - Collaborate effectively with teams across Customer Service, Product, Marketing, Sales, Loyalty, and Operations to ensure alignment and drive success. - Stay informed on industry trends impacting both customers and Sage's product offerings. - Identify and deliver growth opportunities that align with the 7% target, using product expertise to showcase the full value of Sage's solutions.
